FavURL provides URL shortening and link management services, including but not limited to:

• Creating shortened URLs
• Link analytics and tracking
• Custom short links
• Link organization and categorization
• Social features (following, liking, reposting)
• Password protection and expiration settings
• Device redirects

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Eligibility

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free and Paid Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits as described on our pricing page.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FavURL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the URLs and content you create through our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

7. Rate Limits and Usage Restrictions

We impose rate limits and usage restrictions to ensure fair use and system stability:

• Free accounts: Up to 10 links per day
• Pro accounts: Up to 1000 links per day
• API rate limits apply to programmatic access
• Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Link Availability and Uptime

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Permanent storage of all links
• Immunity from service interruptions
• Protection against data loss

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy
• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FAVURL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FavURL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:
